  • Phone Scrub Coins System

    • TCPA clients receive a monthly allocation of scrub coins based on their subscription plan, ranging from 200,000 to 5 million phone scrubs per month.
    • Customized plans are available for high-volume phone scrubbing accounts.
    • The basic cost is 1 scrub coin = 0.001 cent.
    Additional Information:
    • Additional phone scrub coins can be purchased at a discount through your account at https://tcpalitigatorlist.com/credit-packs/.
    • Each phone number scrub equals one scrub coin. For instance, if a user scrubs a list of 1000 phone numbers against the TCPA database, 1000 scrub coins will be deducted.
    • When scrubbing against multiple databases or duplicate lists, scrub coins are deducted based on the total number of unique phone numbers on the list, ensuring efficient use of scrub coins.

  • How is Coins Usage Calculated?

Online Phone Scrubbing: One phone number scrub equals one scrub coin. Users can scrub lists in any combination, and it counts as a single scrub coin. For example, if a user scrubs a list of 1000 phone numbers against both the TCPA and DNC complainer databases, only 1000 scrub coins are deducted, not 2000. Duplicate numbers or scrubbing the same list multiple times will deduct scrub coins based on the total unique phone numbers.
TCPA API scrub coins: Similar to online phone scrubbing, the TCPA API scrub coin system follows the one-phone-scrub-one-scrub-coin rule. If a user makes 10,000 phone calls using the API daily, 10,000 scrub coins are deducted.
Additional Costs: Users may incur additional costs for scrubbing against state DNCs and utilizing the Name Recognition Algorithm.
Purchasing Additional scrub coins: Additional scrub coins can be purchased at https://tcpalitigatorlist.com/credit-packs/.

    Scrub price calculation example
1 scrub against TCPA costs 1 “scrub coin“. But price for 1 coin can be different depending from subscription or package you purchase.
To scrub 1 million numbers would cost $1000 with Basic subscription.
